This project can be stopped, but only if it’s fought.

Your contributions will go directly toward covering the legal costs needed to challenge these violations and hold people accountable. Funds will be used for:

• Legal representation and coordination with the City of Boston

• Preparing appeals, filings, and public-records requests

• The ongoing Zoning Board of Appeal (ZBA) case

• Court action, if necessary, to enforce zoning and safety laws
